Upgrade and full refurbishment project

New acquisition for this client, the 35 bed nursing home was fully upgraded to the clients corporate schemes and standards, following some conversion works to add an additional 5 en-suite rooms to the building.

Work was phased over several months and individual fit-outs to tie in with building works and to minimize disruption for the operation of the Home.

This building featured a fully fitted Hairdressers, seating areas within the large Dining Rooms, and a new Managers Office.
