This new build has been nominated for the prestigious Pinder Award following completion in mid 2006.

Split into two specific units of EMI and Residential, the building also features a bespoke Hairdressers and Cinema. Catalyst project managed the interior design and fit-out of the building, including the Commercial Kitchen and Laundry, the Hairdressers and Cinema, flooring and decor.
Our Installation team took all deliveries and positioned and placed all items with the building, including securing wardrobes, setting up TV's and Hi-fi's, layout of offices etc.

The building was left in a fully operational condition and ready for registration.
